2002 PERRY ROBINS ISDS SCHOLARSHIP AWARD

The Perry Robins ISDS Scholarship Award is offered each year to dermatologists who are completing residency in dermatology and who hold a specific interest in continuing
dermatologic surgery training.
The purpose of this scholarship is to enable the recipient to obtain advanced training in Dermatologic Surgery. Formal salaried training opportunities such as established dermatologic surgery fellowships are excluded. It is intended that this educational opportunity will allow the awardee to return to a University Dermatology setting where he or she can assist in the education and training of others in Dermatologic Surgery.
Preference will be given to those institutions where the individual may have a "hands-on" level of participation.
The scholarship is for $1,500 (USD) with $750 for the recipient and $750 for the department or program at which the training takes place.
